Clarity Feature Updates: September 2024

Bitfocus Vendor Updates (Effective September 9th, 2024)

There are two main changes that came with the September, 2024 update that we are excited to share with you:

Preview Notes with Icon Pop-Up
Users can now quickly preview notes* by hovering over the new 'Notes' icon. This feature provides an easier and faster way to view note content within a client’s profile at both the client and program levels. *Note visibility may vary based on your agency's settings.
Multiple Referrals to Units/Beds
A new setting allows multiple referrals to the same unit or bed. This enhancement is aimed at improving the efficiency of Coordinated Entry, making it easier to match clients with available housing services.

Users now have the ability to edit profile information for ANY client. This data should be edited at each intake if there are any changes to client profile information. Additionally ,the client profile does include a date of death for the client record. Users who exit clients from programs due to death should also add the date of death to the client profile.

Auto-Exit for Coordinated Entry was turned off temporarily while we investigate an issue with the functionality.
