Coordinated Entry Program Notifications

Coordinated Entry Program referral notifications and auto-exit notifications to the “Assigned Staff” field visible in the top right corner when selecting the Coordinated Entry project.

Notifications are not currently tied to the “Care Team." However, when a referral is made to a housing project, the housing provider will contact each care team member. 


There is no limit to how many staff members can be assigned to an individual client. Coordinated Entry staff recommends service providers add themselves as “Assigned Staff” to all their clients with active Coordinated Entry programs.


When a case manager adds themselves as an “Assigned Staff,” that client will also appear under the caseload tab in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
