Bitfocus Vendor Updates (Effective December 3rd, 2024)

October

  • Updated: “Client Activity” Functionality

    • For clients who are enrolled in any program type with Auto Exit Due to Inactivity enabled, “Client Activity” now also includes:
      • Adding or editing a location for the client on the Location tab
      • Adding or editing a contact for the client on the Contact tab

    • Updated: Access rights for Attendance Module- Users with Attendance will have the ability to delete agency services due to the Bitfocus release.

San Luis Obispo HMIS Lead Clarity Updates (Effective December 3rd, 2024)

  • Auto - Exit for Coordinated Entry is still disabled. Clients should be manually exited from Coordinated Entry, as needed.
  • Clarity Client File Upload Picklists have been updated. Users can now add additional files to Clarity as categorized, including CenCal files by category - https://slocounty.helpscoutdocs.com/article/146-clarity-file-upload-options
  • Clarity Forms have been updated to include templates for executable forms for
