User Roles in Clarity (Effective December 2024)
User Role | Summary | Availability /Access |

Enterprise User | This is the most common end user and allows creation of client data in Clarity, including creating and editing new clients, program enrollments, locations, contacts, files, forms, assessments and referrals. These users do not have the ability to delete data. Users have full report library access. | Agencies may request an unlimited number of enterprise users based on data entry needs. Users may also have access to Coordinated Entry with this role. |
Enterprise User (Attendance) | Enterprise User +Ability to add Attendance (and delete attendance services as needed) | ^ |
Attendance Only | Limited to attendance module access only, no client records can be searched or edited with this limited access. | ^ |
Enterprise User Plus | Enterprise User in a housing provider with access to create availability for Coordinated Entry | Housing Providers receiving referrals from Coordinated Entry only. |
Read-Only Access | Users will be unable to enter any data in Clarity, but can view shared records. | |
CE Matchmaker | Specific user to manage community queues and coordinated entry enrollments and housing referrals. Also includes ability to view referrals, availability and denial for CE participating agencies. | Coordinated Entry Management Entity Staff Only |
Agency Admin (Manager) | All Enterprise Features + Access to delete agency created data. Embedded Data Analysis for ad-hoc reporting in Clarity. | Limited per agency Users with this role are expected to perform Agency Administrator tasks on behalf of the organization, including end user support. |
