Users | User Access Roles
This report is available for staff to review the access roles assigned to an end user in Clarity. It will show access roles assigned in the primary agency where the account was created, and additional agency access and user access roles granted to the end user.

Filters
Primary Agency Name- filter by the agency that owns this Clarity license
Additional Agency Name - filter to show users that have access to this agency, but the Clarity license is associated with a different agency (primary agency).
Report Parameters
Username – user login name for the end user (usually first initial and last name).
Full Name - First and last name of the end user.
Email - Email address of the end user.
Primary Agency Name- This is the agency where the user account was created. It is the same agency as selected in the filter.
Primary Access Role - The access role associated with the end user's primary agency.
Status- Shows whether the end user's account is active or inactive.
Additional Agency Name- if the staff member has access to input or review client data in another agency, the agency's name will appear. Not all staff will have additional agency access.
Additional Agency Access Role- The access role associated with the end user's additional agency access.
