Bitfocus Vendor Updates (Effective April 24, 2025)

There are 1 main changes that came with the April, 2025 update that we are excited to share with you:

Featured Update: Tag Multiple Users in Client Notes

Users can now tag multiple staff members directly in client notes to streamline communication and coordination around referrals, services, or other client-specific actions.

How It Works:

• Use the @ symbol followed by a user's name or email in the note textbox.
• A list of active users will auto-populate based on sharing and access settings.
• Tagged users will receive a notification via email and/or staff Inbox (depending on their preferences).
• The notification includes a link to the client’s profile and the note itself.

Tagging Rules:

• You can only tag users who have edit access to the item the note is attached to.
• Users without access to the Notes field will not appear as tag options.
