This month’s updates include a powerful new reporting tool for tracking Annual Assessments and expanded audit capabilities for signature fields—both designed to support stronger compliance and data quality across the system.

1. Featured Update: New Report – Annual Assessment Overview [GNRL-409]

We’re pleased to introduce the Annual Assessment Overview report, created to help with monitoring, data quality, and compliance related to Annual Assessments.

What It Does:

Shows clients enrolled during the reporting period
Identifies expected vs. completed Annual Assessments
Flags upcoming Annual Assessment due dates

This report is automatically available in the Program-Based Reports category.

2. New Feature: Signature Field Audit Enhancement

Clarity has expanded where and how signature fields can be used and tracked, potentially giving more flexibility and visibility to this field.

What’s New:

Signature fields can now be added to more areas in Clarity, offering greater flexibility in collecting client signatures.
Signature entries now show up in the audit log for applicable screens.
In system tables, the field will indicate "Signed" when a user clicks Apply.

Reporting Enhancements:

The following reports have been updated to include a dynamic column that displays “Signed” when a signature is present:
