New Clarity User Interface Rollout

This article includes important information about the rollout of Bitfocus' new Clarity User Interface! The SLO County HMIS upgrade timeline, training and feature information are included below:

Training

The SLO County HMIS Team is offering two live training sessions for the Clarity interface on September 1st and 2nd, 2026: Contact the helpdesk to register for the virtual session!

Talent LMS Courses will be updated to align with the new interface.

New users registered for HMIS Training after September 10th will be activated in Talent LMS with trainings featuring the new interface, but will not be granted live access until October 1, 2026.Please plan accordingly for this temporary pause in new user access.

Early adopters may opt to complete the training after attending the virtual session and completing the Talent LMS new user training for the new interface. Early adopters are asked to provide feedback on the new interface in the training site and training modules before the launch for all users. Early adopters will have access to the new Clarity interface in the Live site as soon as their trainings are completed.
