Q: My agency currently uses HMIS, when can we expect to use the new Clarity Human Services Software?
A: We anticipate going live in March of 2024. Be sure your agency has engaged in the discovery process.
Q: We have current issues with the current HMIS software, how do we report those?
A: We are still operating Bell Data HMIS Support via our current HMIS Support Form. Please continue to direct questions there as we roll out new help desk functionality in Help Scout.
