Favorite Reports
- From the menu icon, click reports
- In the 'Report Library' find the desired report & click the start to turn it read
- The 'starred' report can now be found under 'Favorite Reports'
User Caseload

- When an End User creates a Program Enrollment, that client is automatically assigned to the End Users ‘Caseload’
- End Users can quickly view their assigned clients by clicking on ‘Caseload’
- From the ‘Caseload’ list the End User can view basic details and by clicking on a client name view their full profile
Assigned Staff

End Users that are involved in a clients care through a specific client enrollment can be set as an ‘Assigned Staff’ for a specific client enrollment. When set as an ‘Assigned Staff’, all clients connected to that enrollment will appear in the End Users ‘Caseload’ tab.
For End Users that are not working with a client in a specific enrollment but are involved with clients overall care/service coordination, can be added via the ‘Care Team’ instructions in the next section.
- End Users can edit the Assigned Staff through the clients profile
- Select/Unselect End Username(s) to edit who assigned to the client
Manage Care Teams

End Users that are not working with a client in a specific enrollment but are involved with clients overall care/service coordination, can be added through the ‘Care Team’ on a client profile.
The ‘Care Team’ includes all End Users added here and those that are set as an ‘Assigned Staff’ in a specific client enrollment.
- From the clients Profile, navigate to ‘Care Team’ and select ‘Manage’
- Select the plus-sign next to ‘Add Care Team Members’
