Clarity Feature Updates: April 2024

Bitfocus Vendor Updates (Effective April 22, 2024)

  • Clarity Client "URL" now utilizes unique ID from Client Record. Users can copy/ input the Alphanumeric ID into the Clarity URL to navigate from one client record to another. (Note: Users may also have multiple tabs of Clarity open to support data entry. Using the URL to navigate from one client to another is a great way to SAVE TIME)!
Users can continue to use the previous "General ID" in the URL for the next 6 months.

SLO County HMIS Configuration Updates (Effective Now)

  • A new client CONTACT type picklist value has been added to Clarity titled: "Case Manager Non-HMIS User" to clarity the role of the contact added to the client record. This feature enhances the ability to add contacts to client records, especially when the Care Team Member may not be an active case manager (i.e. a date entry user or administrative staff).
Users can add multiple contacts to client records - the new value is "Case Manager (Non-HMIS User)
