Report Details
Overview
DQ | Duplicate Services is a Looker-based report that returns all cases where an enrollment has more than one Service record that share the same service type and start date. The [Service Count] column of the report indicates the total number of Service records in each case, and the table is sorted from cases with the highest number of duplicate records to the lowest (minimum of 2).
Usage Guidance
HMIS System Admins and Agency Managers should use this report to direct data cleanup activities. Duplicate CLS records can cause logical issues or row duplication in other reports that reference CLS elements.
Interactive Filters
Interactive filters enable the end user to dynamically modify the scope of the data returned by the report.
