Report Details
Overview
DQ | NbN Shelter Attendance Clean Up is a Looker-based report intended to assist Night by Night shelters in ensuring they are correctly entering shelter bed night attendance within a shelter program enrollment. Records with errors may cause issues to flag for the CoC's Longitudinal Systems Analysis (LSA) report, so it is expected that this report will be used as a routine part of the LSA preparation process.

Dashboard Tiles
Table | Description | Usage Notes |
---|---|---|
Invalid Last Service Detail | Returns NbN enrollments where the Project Exit Date is not exactly one day after latest associated Attendance Date. Additionally displays the first associated Attendance date. |
All displayed records contain an error requiring a re-dating of either the project exit date or the creation of additional attendance records. Although not required, it is also typically expected that the first attendance date will match the project start date. A mismatch may indicate that either an additional attendance record is required or that the Project Start Date is inaccurate. |
No Service Last 90 Days | Returns NbN enrollments where over 90 days elapsed between the last Attendance Date and the user-selected reporting period end date. Note: This includes enrollments where attendance records are entirely missing. |
It's expected that NbN enrollments will have at least one attendance record. Enrollments missing attendance records will be flagged as errors. A period of >90 days without attendance is typically cause for exiting a NbN shelter enrollment due to loss of contact. Reminder: if an exit is created, it should be dated for the date after the last attendance date. |
