SLO CE Prioritization List Dashboard

The CE Prioritization Dashboard contains two tiles. The first tile, On the Community Queue (CQ), shows clients currently on the prioritization list as displayed on the community queue. The second tile, DQ| On more than one CQ, displays clients that are on more than one community queue.


Interactive Filters

Interactive filters enable the end user to dynamically modify the scope of the data returned by the report.

Filter Name Behavior
Program Name Limits data set to enrollments associated with the selected programs.
Filter to Vets? Limits data set to active enrollment records for veterans with a completed housing or crisis needs assessment.
Filter to Youth? Limits data set to active enrollment records for youth ages 24 years old or younger with a completed housing or crisis needs assessment.
Assessment Location Limits data to the selected Access Point where an assessment was recorded.
Community Queue Name Defaults to Permanent Housing Queue with options to select Emergency Shelter Individual Shelter Queue or Emergency Shelter Family Shelter Queue.

On the Community Queue (CQ)

This tile provides a list of clients that are currently on a prioritization list. The list that appears is based on the filters selected above. Below is the information provided in this tile on the report.


Client ID- This ID allows the option to click on the ellipses to go to the client’s profile.

Unique Identifier- This ID allows the user to search for the client in Clarity.

First Name- Client’s first name.

Last Name- Client’s last name.

Household Type- Household configuration of the enrollment.

Count of Adults- Number of adults in the household based on current age at the time the report was run.

Count of Children- Number of children in the household based on current age at the time the report was run.

Veteran Status- Yes/No field to display whether the client served in the US Military.

Total Household Income- Sum of all monthly income amounts from all enrolled household members.

Project Start Date- The date the client enrolled in the Coordinated Entry program.

HH Size- Count of Adults + Count of Children in household at the time the report was run.

Youth Household- Oldest member of the household is 24 years old or younger.

Referral Date- The date a client was referred to the Community Queue.

Assessment Location- Designates the Access Point or CE Participating Organization that conducted the housing assessment.

Community Queue Name- Designates the prioritization list: permanent housing, individual shelter, or family shelter.

Prior Living Situation- Where the client living the night before entering the coordinated entry project.

Disabling Condition- A disability that is expected to be of long-continued and indefinite duration and substantially impairs ability to live independently.

Chronic Status- Displays whether the client is experiencing chronic homelessness. If the client is not experiencing chronic homelessness, this field relays the reason why the client does not meet the criteria.

Annualized Household Latest Income- Annual income based on Total Household Income field.

%AMI- Percent of area median income based on the HH size and Annualized Household Latest Income fields.

Days Since Referral- Count of days between Referral Date and today’s date.

VI-SPDAT- Housing assessment score.

Referrals- Count of client’s active referrals.

List of Denied by Type- Referral denial reasons as a list.

List of Name- List of programs where the client is currently enrolled.

Age of HoH- Age of the Head of household with a housing or crisis needs assessment.

Last Referral Note (per referral)- Notes associated with the community queue referral.

List of Denied Reason- Notes documenting the reason the referral was denied.



DQ| On more than one CQ

This is a data quality tile that displays a list of clients on more than one community queue. It

displays clients currently on a Community Queue.


Client ID- This ID allows the option to click on the ellipses to go to the client’s profile.

Unique Identifier- This ID allows the user to search for the client in Clarity

First Name- Client’s first name.

Last Name- Client’s last name.

Count of Community Queue Name- The number of community queues where the client has an active referral.

List of Community Queue Name- The name of the community queues where the client has an active referral.
