Data Quality Supplemental Dashboard Bitfocus Article

Overview

This report is a modified version of the HMIS Data Quality Supplemental Dashboard originally developed by Bitfocus. The dashboard maintains the same layout, functionality, and data quality checks as the original Bitfocus report, with two enhancements added to improve usability and alignment with current data quality standards.

Modifications

1. Active/Inactive Record Filter

An Active/Inactive filter has been added to allow users to prioritize reviewing active client records.

This filter provides additional flexibility when reviewing data quality issues by allowing users to focus on active records that may require immediate attention.

2. Updated Disability Error Logic

The logic for disability-related errors has been updated to align with the validation rules used in the HUD EVA tool and Bitfocus' own disability DQ checks within the enrollment.

Notes

Aside from these two modifications, the dashboard remains unchanged from the original Bitfocus HMIS Data Quality Supplemental Dashboard.
