Clarity Feature Updates: May 2024
Bitfocus Vendor Updates (Effective May 20, 2024)
Users can now empty their Clarity Mail Inbox by selecting multiple messages using the check marks and clicking the trash can.
New to Mail? The CE Management Entity is using the Clarity Inbox to initiate referral pre-screenings for Coordinated Entry Housing Match and Referrals. Care Team Members assigned to a client enrollment will receive an email to their email inbox when Clarity mail is generated. Users are then asked to review the mail in Clarity and respond to the message threads.
HMIS Participating Agencies and users may include the use of the Clarity Inbox for secure message as well. For more information on the Clarity Inbox, view the article here: https://help.bitfocus.com/the-staff-inbox-and-secure-messaging

SLO County HMIS Configuration Updates (Effective May 31, 2024)
Updating Client Records
- HMIS Status Assessments have been activated for Coordinated Entry and Street Outreach Program. Users can now use the status and annual assessments to update client "enrollment" information that may have changed over time.

- Agency Administrators are now able to edit Client Profile information. This includes name, social security number, date of death, etc. Users who have verified a need to change a clients profile (using an ID or other verified data source) should contact their Agency Administrator to edit client profiles.
- Agency Administrators are now able to delete client data in Clarity! Users with data errors in Clarity should contact their Agency Administrator to delete data as needed in client records.
